The hotel had an excellent breakfast buffet. it was delicious and had great service. The variety of food was excellent. our superior twin room was super clean! the location was also convenient for exploring the city center sights. the staff were friendly and helpful.
I found the bathroom sliding door offered limited privacy. I could hear noises easily.

The location proved ideal for quick access to many city attractions. The room had good air con and kept the temperature comfortable throughout my stay. The shower offered luxurious toiletries which was a nice touch. The beds had decent pillows that provided good support.
Breakfast included limited options. This affected my dining experience. I hoped for a more diverse menu.

Fantastic CBD Stay
ample storage excellent shower convenient location easy access
I found ample storage space in the room. The shower head was GREAT, providing excellent water pressure. The location was ideal, with easy access to various sites. Convenient bus routes and hop-on-hop-off bus services were nearby.
The bathroom sliding door offered minimal soundproofing which reduced privacy slightly.

The room was tidy, and the king bed ensured restful sleep. It included soft pillows. There were two separate sinks in the bathroom, alongside a rainfall shower. The room's temperature control was very effective.

The gym featured three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and weight machines. I found it sufficient. Breakfast featured freshly prepared omelets and a variety of options. The hotel restaurant prepared meals with care.

constant noise missed cleaning
I was excited about my stay. the location was convenient. however, the noise from the elevator shafts next to my room was constant. It made relaxing difficult. also, my room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay. I had to request fresh towels and even then they didn't arrive until i called again. i think a discount would have been more appropriate than a free item from the cafe

car parking difficult system bond money
the location is excellent. it has a minute walk to sky city tower and central downtown centre.
the car parking situation is a nightmare, i paid cash at reception. it was then taken out of my bond money too.
